Return and Exchange Policy:

If you wish to exchange or return a product, you must contact us first. Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition without any changes. The customer is responsible for the full shipping costs, and the product cost will be refunded within 14 business days. Customers have the right to exchange the product for another one before shipment. After shipment, exchanges are allowed within 14 business days, with the customer bearing full shipping costs and any price difference. If the product is defective or does not meet the specified specifications at the time of purchase, customers have the right to exchange or return it within 14 days. In this case, the customer must provide proof of shipping costs including: shipment number, shipping method, and cost. The customer is entitled to a full refund in such cases. Products sold at a discount or as part of a special offer cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of defects. Products cannot be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

• Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the receipt date, and exchanges are not accepted after 14 days.
• If the product has been altered from its original condition for any reason.
• If the product has been used beyond trial purposes.
• Products that have been customized according to customer specifications.
